Refund Policy

All purchases on Grand Theft ArmA are final. Please read carefully before buying.

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final and non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.

Effective date: 1 March 2026

1. No Refund Policy

GTA Roleplay does not offer refunds, partial refunds, store credits, or exchanges for any purchase made through our shop, under any circumstances. All sales are final.

2. Nature of Virtual Goods

All items available for purchase in the Grand Theft ArmA shop are virtual goods — digital items and membership benefits that exist exclusively within our game server environment. These goods have no tangible form, no real-world monetary value, and cannot be physically returned.

By making a purchase you confirm that you fully understand the nature of the goods being purchased and that no physical product will be shipped or delivered to you.

3. Immediate Delivery

Virtual goods and membership benefits are delivered to your in-game account automatically upon successful completion of payment. Because delivery occurs instantly at the point of purchase, the transaction is considered complete and final the moment your payment is confirmed.

There is no waiting period, no cancellation window, and no mechanism to reverse a completed transaction.

4. No Exceptions

We do not make exceptions to this no-refund policy under any circumstances. This applies to, but is not limited to, the following situations:

  • Purchasing the wrong item or membership tier by mistake.
  • Changing your mind after purchase.
  • Being banned or suspended from the server for any reason, including rule violations.
  • Dissatisfaction with in-game balance changes, nerfs, or modifications to purchased items.
  • Server downtime, scheduled maintenance, or temporary unavailability of the Services.
  • Discontinuation, rework, or removal of a purchased item or feature by the development team.
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases.
  • Not having read or understood these terms prior to purchase.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor after receiving virtual goods constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. Any such action will result in a permanent and irrevocable ban from all Grand Theft ArmA services, with no possibility of appeal.

We reserve the right to recover costs associated with fraudulent chargebacks through appropriate legal channels.

6. Failed or Missing Deliveries

If you have completed a payment but your purchased goods have not been delivered to your account within a reasonable time (typically a few minutes), please contact us before taking any action with your payment provider. We will investigate promptly and manually deliver your goods if a technical error is confirmed.
