  • Technical data: IP addresses, connection logs, client version information, and browser data when accessing our website.
  • Payment data: Transaction identifiers and purchase records when you make a purchase through our shop. Raw payment card details are handled exclusively by our payment processor (Polar.sh) and are never stored by us.
  • Communication data: Messages sent in our official Discord server, which are subject to Discord’s own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the game servers and web services.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and server rules, including investigating and acting on reports of misconduct.

OVH

Our game servers are hosted on infrastructure provided by OVH SAS, a French cloud and dedicated server provider. OVH may process connection data including IP addresses as part of hosting and DDoS mitigation services.

Parts of our web infrastructure, including application servers and databases, are hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH, a German cloud provider. Hetzner processes data in accordance with EU data protection law (GDPR).

Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare, Inc. to provide content delivery network (CDN), DDoS protection, DNS services, and web application firewall capabilities. Cloudflare acts as a reverse proxy for our website and may process your IP address and connection metadata. Cloudflare may set cookies on your device for security and performance purposes.

BattleMetrics

We use BattleMetrics to manage player records, coordinate bans across servers, and monitor game server activity. BattleMetrics may store and publicly display player identifiers (including Steam IDs), IP address hashes, server connection history, and ban records. If you have an active or historical ban on our servers, your Steam ID and ban details may be publicly visible on the BattleMetrics platform.

Discord

Our community operates on Discord. Joining or participating in our Discord server is governed by Discord’s own terms and privacy policy. We may access, log, and retain message data within our Discord server for moderation and disciplinary purposes.

Polar.sh

Purchases made through our shop are processed by Polar.sh, Inc. When you make a purchase, you submit payment and identity information directly to Polar.sh. We receive transaction records, your email address, and purchase details to fulfil and verify orders. We do not receive or store raw payment card data.
